USTrademark.pk was created to help entrepreneurs, small businesses and companies outside the United States understand and navigate the process of applying for a U.S. federal trademark with the USPTO.
We are a U.S. Trademark Filing Service Provider. We are not a law firm, and our team does not include U.S.-licensed attorneys acting in that capacity for your application. Where legal representation is required — which is the case for all applicants domiciled outside the United States — we coordinate with a qualified, independent U.S.-licensed attorney.

What we don't do
- We don't provide legal advice or legal opinions.
- We don't represent applicants before the USPTO ourselves — foreign-domiciled applicants require a U.S.-licensed attorney for that.
- We don't guarantee that any application will be approved or registered.
- We don't claim any affiliation with, or endorsement by, the USPTO.
