Protecting a brand name in the world's largest consumer market
The United States is one of the largest markets for e-commerce, technology and consumer brands. A federal trademark registration with the USPTO can give a business a recognized legal basis for using and protecting a name, logo or slogan in connection with specific goods or services in the United States.
Sell with more confidence
Amazon, Shopify and other U.S. marketplaces increasingly ask sellers to show trademark ownership, particularly for brand-registry style programs.
A public, searchable record
A federal application becomes part of the USPTO's public records, which can help others find your claim when they search before adopting a similar name.
A foundation to build on
Registration can support later enforcement, licensing and brand-expansion decisions — always in consultation with a qualified attorney where legal advice is needed.
International applicants are welcome — with one important rule
Individuals and businesses outside the United States can generally apply for a U.S. trademark. However, USPTO rules require that applicants domiciled outside the United States be represented by a U.S.-licensed attorney before the USPTO. We are not that attorney — we are a filing service provider, and we coordinate with a qualified U.S.-licensed attorney where representation is required.

Yes. Individuals and businesses in Pakistan can apply for U.S. trademark registration, but as a foreign-domiciled applicant you must be represented by a U.S.-licensed attorney before the USPTO. We can assist with the filing process and coordinate that attorney representation.
No. No filing service or attorney can guarantee USPTO approval. Registration decisions are made solely by the USPTO based on examination of the application.
No. A U.S. federal registration only provides rights under U.S. law. Protection in other countries generally requires separate national or regional applications, or international mechanisms such as the Madrid System where applicable.
